When you book with us, you can organise your entire day with confidence. We deliver, set up and collect exactly as agreed. Carol personally oversees every booking — no middlemen, no missed calls.
What safety measures do you have?
We carry public liability insurance and provide a trained first aider on site at every event. All equipment is cleaned and inspected before each hire. An indemnity form must be signed before service begins.
What areas do you cover?
We serve families, schools, churches and businesses across greater Gauteng. Travel and setup fees apply depending on your location — Carol will confirm these upfront when you enquire.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due before or on the day of delivery. Popular weekend dates book up fast — reach out early to secure yours.
What castle sizes are available?
Our popular 4×4m castle is ideal for home parties and smaller gatherings. Larger units are available for school events and community days. Carol will help you choose the right size for your space and crowd.
What slip-and-slide formula do you use?
Only our approved formula may be used on our slides. We supply two units as standard. Additional units are available at R350.00 each. Unapproved products damage the material and create unsafe conditions.
What happens if it rains?
Castles and slides cannot be used in strong wind, heavy rain or lightning. If we cancel due to unsafe weather, we will offer you an alternative date or refund amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
Do you offer refreshments?
Yes! Bouncy Buks offers refreshments and beverages on request. Availability varies by event and season — simply chat with Carol about what you need and she will confirm what is available.
